So given that a lot of people at this event might be looking for jobs, it might make sense to have a time in the evening for drinks/beer and socializing with companies that are hiring. It would be like a mini career fair, where companies could set up booths or something similar. Possibly you could charge a small fee to companies recruiting ($25-50)?
